Description of Work Done:

Aqua Grace Machinery Ltd. successfully carried out the complete installation and setup of a fully automated bottled water production line for a client in Kano. The project involved the end-to-end integration of high-quality machinery, covering the entire production cycle — from bottle creation to final packaging.

The scope of the installation included:

• Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine – For converting PET preforms into fully shaped plastic bottles of varying sizes.
• Automatic Bottle Washing Unit – Ensuring all bottles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before filling.
• Filling and Capping Machine – For hygienic and efficient filling of purified water into bottles, followed by secure capping.
• Bottle Labelling and Date Coding – For accurate branding and traceability.
• Shrink Wrapping and Packaging System – For bundling bottles into sealed packs, ready for distribution.
